Colour-Coded Hygiene System
Every surface zone has a dedicated colour. Cloths, mops and equipment never cross between sanitary, kitchen and office areas — not during use, not during laundering.
Daily Microfibre Change & Sanitisation
Microfibre cloths are changed and laundered daily at high temperature. No cloth completes more than one shift. This is standard — not an upgrade.
Staff Training & Internal Certification
Every operative is trained in our procedures before entering a site. We train to our own standard, then verify it.
Autonomous Quality Reporting
Independent supervisor audits on a fixed schedule. Weekly SLA compliance summary delivered to you — without chasing anyone.
Chemical Efficiency Protocol
Correct dilution ratios, measured dispensing, COSHH documentation on file. Reduces waste, protects surfaces, keeps your environment safe.

Why Puro Commercial exists
We saw how it was being done.
We decided to do it differently.
Our operational background spans over eight years across commercial, industrial and institutional environments — corporate offices, universities, breweries, whisky distilleries, laboratories, government buildings, defence facilities and manufacturing sites across Scotland.
Built within one of the UK’s largest facility management operations, our standards were shaped by scale. What we witnessed at that scale — the shortcuts, the lack of accountability, the gap between contract and reality — is exactly what Puro Commercial was built to eliminate.
